Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to meet all requirements as outlined in the performance work statement. Solicitation number VA244-16-Q-0519, will be issued on or about February 09, 2016 as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS Code is 561613 with a size standard of $20.5 Million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The base period of performance is April 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016 with four (4), twelve (12) month options that can be exercised at the discretion of the Government. In order to be eligible to receive a government award, the offeror must currently be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. In addition, online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive a contract award. Offeror may register with CCR at www.sam.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. All responsible offerors are invited to submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offerors to check the FBO website periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation SOURCE: https://www.fbo.gov/.
