- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering National Stock Number (NSN) 6605-01-485-3303, Pelorus Stand, in accordance with L-3 Henschel CAGE 28199 P/N 10-1856TY4. Estimated annual quantity 10 EA; Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 2 EA applicable to the base year only. The 5-year maximum contract quantity is 50 EA. FOB Destination Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. Other Than Full and Open Competition. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Ticonderoga Class CG(47), the Arleigh Burke Class DDG, and the Nimitz Class CVN as well as other applications. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is 2/25/2016. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
