- OFFER SUBMISSION PACKAGE SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 and Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are being requested under SPE600-16-R-0211 for the following products: Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JP8 (NSN 9130-01-031-5816) and Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JA1(NSN 9130-00-753-5026) additized to meet JP8 specifications. Performance period begins at date of award and ends June 30, 2020. Defense Logistics Agency anticipates conducting discussions with offerors under the subject solicitation, but reserves the right to make contract award based on the initial offer submitted.
