- SUBJECT: Sources Sought for Integrated Logistics Analytical and Technical Support in support of the Army G-4 Maintenance Directorate. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources with skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to provide integrated analytical and technical support to the Army G-4 Maintenance Directorate. This non-personal services requirement is for Integrated Logistics Analytical and Technical Support for the Army G-4 Maintenance Directorate. The Army G-4 requires analytical and technical support, to include process improvement that will provide a sound basis for current requirements and future concepts for conducting Army logistics within an ever-changing environment (e.g., linking research to practical application, determining logistics capabilities, and attaining the most effective mix in public/private solutions). The contractor must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Army logistics enterprise and an in-depth understanding of defense logistics, services, and policy. Because Army logistics requires both public and private support, the contractor must also demonstrate objectivity and independence of thought, and not be influenced by company business lines of services or products.
