- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Requirements Document Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Sources Sought Synopsis The Air Force is conducting market research to determine interest in the development and production of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). The UPS shall provide computer-grade back-up power whenever there is a power interruption, low voltage or excessive frequency variations. This UPS is to be used in Europe and must be compatible with European power standards.
