(3 Attachment #1a: Amd 01 Sources Sought/Draft RFQ Form N3904016T0043 and Statement of Work for Sanitary Tank #2 Cleaning *** AMENDMENT 01 : THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT AMENDMENT IS TO ALLOW RESPONSES FROM QUALIFIED VENDORS OF ALL BUSINESS SIZES REGARDLESS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SBA's 8(a) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. THE ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE HAS ALSO CHANGED FROM 05/09/2016 - 05/27/2016 TO 05/16/2016 - 06/24/2016.*** This Sources Sought announcement is published for market research purposes only. This market research will be used to help identify whether qualified sources under NAICS Code 562998 exist under any business size standard, and that any such responders are equipped with a Facilities Security Clearance (FCL) issued by the Defense Security Service (DSS). This amended announcement should NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The attached DRAFT Request for Quote (RFQ) with Specifications is for review ONLY. A revised RFQ may be issued with an official solicitation at a later date. In accordance with FAR 15.202e, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this sources sought notice: 1. Must meet ALL specifications outlined in the attached document. 2. Anticipates availability of on-site personnel during the stated periods of performance. 3. Has an active CAGE Code with the System for Award Management (SAM). 4. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List. Responses should include the following information: 1. Responder's contact information including company name. P.O.C. name, telephone number, fax number, email address, street address, CAGE, and TIN. 2. Acknowledgement of ALL Security Clearances required under paragraph 2.1.3 of the SOW. Responder shall provide quality objective evidence of its Facilities Security Clearance (FCL) issued by the Defense Security Service (DSS), which differs from RapidGate participation. All responses shall be limited to 10 pages or less, and pricing information should not be submitted at this time.
