Description

This 2nd modification notice to Sources Sought Notice N0018916R0032 (Test and evaluation analytical support services) is being submitted for the following reasons: 1. The deadline for submitting a complete response to the Sources Sought Notice is being extended to 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, February 18, 2016. 2. An Updated Questions and Answers document is being added as Attachment V to this modification notice. 3. A DRAFT REVISED Performance Work Statement is being added as Attachment VI to this modification notice. 4. A Draft labor spreadsheet is being added as Attachment VII to this modification notice. Any company that has already submitted a response to the Sources Sought Notice is highly encouraged (but not required) to resubmit a revised response to take into consideration the latest information about this requirement. Given the extensive period already provided for contractor questions to this Sources Sought notice, no further questions will be accepted. Please carefully read the original Sources Sought Notice, all Modification notices and all attachments for guidance on what is being requested in responses to this Sources Sought.
