Description

This contract action is for a one year follow-on to contract W58RGZ-12-C-0038Period of performance is 1 March 2016 thru 28 Feb 2017. The contractor shall provide the necessary Program management or Project engineering effort to respond to Fleet Sustainment related customer requests including working groups, action teams, and informal planning meeting, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, preparation of draft Statement of Work (SOW), Engineering Coordination Memos and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) in support of the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Control Display System (CDS). This effort is restricted to Honeywell Inc, Defense Avionics Systems, Albuquerque, New Mexico (CAGE 07187), the only known source capable of performing this work in the timeframe required to satisfy the Army's minimum needs, FAR 6.302-1. The closing date annotated is an estimated date for interested vendors, a pre-solicitation notice will be published on or about 18 Feb 2016. All interested sources must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval (SAR) in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance on website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl cmo/casldba.casl cmo samsar. Foreigh firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
