Description

DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK Raycell Blood Irradiator S/N 6066 I.GENERAL REQUIREMENT One (1) year Base and four (4) Option years contract to provide unlimited telephone support and spare parts to maintain the proper operating condition of a Raycell Blood Irradiator S/N 6066 (This will include emergency service visits and Preventative Maintenance visits with dosimetry.) Interested companies should submit an electronic statement outlining their company's capability and capacity to provide these services to Jarvis.washington@va.gov. Also firms shall provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the above referenced NACIS code that fall within.
