Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) requires a contractor to provide subject matter expertise, policy guidance and strategic recommendations regarding health standards implementation for VA's information technology (IT) systems. Solicitation number VA701-16-R-0037 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 (size standard $15 million). The anticipated contract period is April 26, 2016 through April 25, 2017, with four (4) option years to follow. Proposals shall be received on or before the date and time specified in Section E.3 of the solicitation. Offerors shall submit their proposals electronically via email to Roberto.Dejesus2@va.gov.
