- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using Commercial Acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Part 12).The 718th CES has a requirement for the Moving of Government Furnished Property between the warehouse and military members residence. The proposed contract will be awarded using Full and Open Competition. This will be a serivce contract. The services will be conducted on military instilations and members residence on Okinawa, Japan. The government intends to make a single award to the offeror that represents the best overall value considering lowest price technically acceptable. Solicitation No. FA5270-16-R-0020 will be issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 484110. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 13April2016 at https://www.fbo.gov. Proposals will be accepted when submitted via e-mail to Miranda.Christensen@us.af.mil or Justin.Haynes.2@us.af.mil.
