- Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: M62613-16-T-0036 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government will notify parties of the outcome of any proposal submitted in response. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Marine Corps Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni (MCASI), Japan, intends to purchase. This procurement is a small business set-aside one hundred percent; any responsible source may submit an offer. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Please see attached the Justification and Approval.
