- Description
- The Forest Service, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, seeks to award a Firm Fixed Price contract with Base and 22 optional items. The base Items includes the construction of a new paved driveway, parking lot and permanent erosion control BMP's near Zephyr Cove, NV. This work includes but not limited to tree removal, clearing, grubbing, fill and excavation, aggregate base placement and asphalt placement. Optional items include construction of 1500 feet of paved bike path, installation of pre-constructed manure storage building, construction of a concrete settling basin and corral runoff infiltration basin, utility upgrade and relocation of aggregate base and native surface road and trails. Project Location: Zephyr Cove, NV. From the intersection of US Hwy50 and NV "Route 207 in Stateline, NV travel North on US Hwy 50 approximately 3.5 miles. The Zephyr cove Stables are on the east side of US Hwy 50, just north of the Zephyr Cove Resort and Campground. The bike path begins at the Zephyr Cove Stables and continue north to Warrior Way 39°00'30.02" N, 119°56'47.92" W. Site Visit Scheduled for March 8, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Zephyr cove Resort entrance 760 U.S. Hwy 50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448 The solicitation is expected to be posted on FBO February 25, 2016. Estimated Start Date is May 1, 2016 Set Aside SDVOSB The Government's estimate is $250,000 and $500,000.
