- Solicitation Package - Attachments are within document The Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests has a requirement for a mobile industrial hearing test for approximately 250 to 350 Forest Service and non-Forest Service employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels as required by 29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1). The first series of tests would be conducted during the first week of April, the 4th through the 8th, or the second week in April, the 11th through the 15th. Locations will be at the North Fork Ranger District in Orofino, Idaho and the other at the Grangeville Office in Grangeville, Idaho. The second series of tests would be conducted during the second week of June, the 13th through the 17th, or the third week in June, the 20th through the 24th. Locations will be at the Kamiah Supervisor Office in Kamiah, Idaho, Palouse Ranger District in Potlatch, Idaho; Powell Ranger District, Idaho, Red River Ranger District in Elk City, Idaho and Salomon River Ranger District in Service locations and time periods may vary based upon the final count of employees participating by location.
