Description

Solicitation for Offers No. VA-101-15-R-0181 issued December 31, 2015, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), in Tyler, Texas. The following amendments and clarifications are hereby made to the above-referenced Solicitation for Offers. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment No. 1 by reviewing, signing and returning to the Contracting Officer and Public Properties with Initial Proposals. 1.Section 1.7 "Offer Due" shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Offers are due no later than 4:00 PM, Eastern, on Thursday, April 7, 2016, and must remain open until award. VA currently anticipates award on or before March 22, 2017. Offers must remain open, and pricing must remain valid, until May 16, 2017. 2.Files labeled: "4B. Schedule B - Functional Room List" and "4C. Schedule B - Price Summary Form" have been revised and shall be replaced with the attached file labeled: Schedule B - Revised February 2016. 3.File labeled: "12. Attachment #1 to Form 1364" has been revised and shall be replaced with the attached file labeled: Attachment #1 to Form 1364 - Revised February 2016. END OF AMENDMENT
