- Standard Form 1449 Performance Work Statement Wage Determination Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement to provide Sports Officials (Softball, Basketball, Volleyball and Football). Details can be found on the attached Performance Work Statement. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors are encouraged to monitor www.fedbizopps.gov for any changes to the announcement or subsequent solicitation and postings. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, which is available at https://www.sam.gov. ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. QUESTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE WILL NOT BE TAKEN. All QUESTIONS ARE DUE BY 18 FEBRUARY 2016 AT 1:00PM ALASKA TIME. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS WILL BE POSTED BY 23 FEBRUARY 2016. NO ADDITION QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AFTER 18 FEBRUARY 2016 AT 1:00PM ALASKA TIME.
