- Draft Performance Work Statement THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is NOT a request for quotation and in no way obligates the government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of the commercially available services that may be of interest to the Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Marine Corps Installation - West (MCI-WEST) in Camp Pendleton, California. The RCO MCI-WEST is performing market research to determine if there are any Small Business Administration (SBA) socioeconomic program participants (i.e. SDVOSB, HubZone, 8a programs, etc.) or small businesses capable of providing Household Goods Moving and Storage services, which include all related services for preparation and movement or drayage of outbound (Schedule I), Inbound (Schedule II), Intra-city/Intra area (Schedule III), and Complete Pack-Out Services (Schedule IV) shipments of personal property for military members and civilian employees of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 484210 (Used Household and Office Goods Moving), Small Business Size Standard is: $27.5 million. Responses to this notice should include a capabilities statement with company name, address, telephone number, point of contact, and additional information that will help the Government understand the capability of your company to perform the required services. In addition, please address the following: •1. Is your company certified under one of the SBA socioeconomic programs? •2. Are these services available under a GSA/FSS contract? If so, please provide contract number. •3. Have you provided similar services to the Government in the past? If so, please provide contract numbers and points of contact. •4. In reference to the attached DRAFT PWS, please address any concerns that you find in the document that should be clarified by the Govenrment prior to the issuance of a solicitation.
