- Pavement Marking, Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, Shasta County, CA. The National Park Service at Whiskeytown National Recreation Area has a requirement for the application of permanent thermoplastic double yellow center lines and white fog lines for up to 6 miles of roadway. The estimated price range is less than $25,000. The anticipated period of performance is May 2, 2016 to June 30, 2016. Period of performance is approximate; actual dates will be established at the time proposal documents are available. Type of Procurement: A firm fixed price award will be made to one vendor. Award will be based on cost and other factors. Required Registration: To be eligible for award, a vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) via the SAM Internet site at www.sam.gov and have completed the electronic Online Representations and Certifications Application at that same site.
