Description

FULL AND OPEN SOLICITATION The VA Long Beach Contracting Department has a requirement for Long Beach VA Medical Center to install fibers and network drops from the Telephone switch room to OIT new trailer. Solicitation document will be available February 11, 2016 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Offers will search solicitation VA262-16-Q-0357 to access solicitation documents following clauses apply: 852.203-70, 852.203-71, 852.211-70, 852.216-70, 852.232-72, 852.246-70, 852.246-71, 52.252-2, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. Only electronic proposals will be accepted at Latricia.williams2@va.gov NAICS: 519130. Note: All questions must be submitted by 2/17/2016, 3:00 PM PST via email only to Latricia.williams2@va.gov. All questions that are received after this date/time will not be entertained. All quotes must be received by 2/23/2016, 12:00 AM PST, quotes received after this date/time will not be entertained. Award will be based on the contractor's ability to provide the exact match as outlined in the attached statement of work, the lowest price technically acceptable. Contractor must be registered on the Sam website at the time of award to be considered. Fiber: ITEM 1: DROPS - Fiber, tube-cell and 58 drops for OIT Trailer, with an IDF Closet in bldg 149. See SOW for details. Vendor must be Sumitomo certified. All testing shall be done in accordance with TIA/EIA-526. install and test 58 network drops at the new OIT trailer. 58 EA ITEM 2: IDF Closet - Labor and material to build new IDF closet at the new Fiscal Office, building 149. 1 JB ITEM 3: Phone Copper - Labor and material to install 200 pairs of copper for telephone system. 1 JB ITEM 4: Single Fiber - Labor and material to install 12 pairs of single mode fiber to trailer 1 JB ITEM 5: Multimode Fiber - Labor and material to install 6 pairs of multiple mode fiber to the trailer. 1 JB ITEM 6: Tube Cell - Labor and material to install (1) 7 tube cell bundle to the trailer. 1 JB
