- SBU - Request for Documents THE SOLICITATION AND IT'S RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE SET- ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) CONCERNS. This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement to Remodel the Men's and Women's Restrooms on the 5 th Floor (ADA Compliant), at the Bozeman Federal Building/US Post Office, 10 East Babcock Street, Bozeman, Montana 59715. The scope of work entails, but is not limited to: Remodel of one Men's and one Women's Restrooms on the 5 th Floor (ADA Compliant). Work shall include labor, equipment, supplies, materials and supervision to accomplish work. NAICS - 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. The estimated range for the total contract value is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract completion shall be May 16, 2016. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 29, 2016, with proposals due not later than 4:00pm MST March 29, 2016. Award will be a firm fixed price contract, and the procurement method shall be a competitive negotiated Request for Proposals. The following evaluation factors shall be used in determining the contractor offering the best value to the Government: (1) Past performance on similar projects, (2) Schedule, and (3) Price. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information. For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requestor must complete the Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors Form, and provide the following information: company name and address; point of contact name; phone number; and email address; company DUNS number and Tax ID number; company's bonding limitation for a single contract; and a copy of the company's business license. All requests shall be submitted on the company's official letterhead via email to shawna.horvath@gsa.gov, or via fax at (406)441-1269. Specifications and requirements will be furnished with the solicitation to all eligible and interested parties via email, mail, or fax.
