- This is a requirement for Aloderm Graft Tissue-CM1520 for breast reconstruction postmastectomy. Offerors must have the required NAICS code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies manufacturing and have current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal. This will be a single award (All or None), Commercial Firm Fixed-price contract. Offerors proposing less than the entire effort specified herein will be determined to be unacceptable. Offerors agree to hold the prices firm for 60 calendar days from the close date of the solicitation. TISSUE FFP BREAST RECONSTRUCTION TISSUE (ANCELLULAR DERMAL MATRIX) EQUIVALENT TO CM1520 (ALLODERM CONTOUR), MARTIN ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, FORT BENNING, GA. DELIVERY MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO SURGERY DATE.
