- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS intends to issue a solicitation for RFQP03151600012 to obtain the requirements for FY-2016, 3rd QUARTER DRY/FROZEN SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is 100 % set-aside FOB destination. The NAICS code is 311991. Delivery dates will begin April 01, 2016 and end April 22, 2016. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Kosher items offered on this bid must be certified by a nationally accepted orthodox Jewish Certification Agency. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 11, 2016 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. The deadline for receipt of quotes is March 07, 2016, 2:00p.m. Central Standard Time. Quotes received after closing date will not be considered. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All potential quoters are required to register with the System for Award Management (S.A.M.) at https://www.sam.gov and complete the Annual Representations and Certifications electronically via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), which should be completed at https://orca.bpn.gov.
