- Boise District Security Upgrades Work is to upgrade security in the Lobby and other miscellaneous rooms at the Boise District Administrative Office located at 3948 Development Avenue, Boise, Idaho and the Owyhee Field Office at 20 First Avenue West, Marsing, Idaho. Type of work includes new walls, doors, counter and associated finishes, lighting, power, mechanical and fire protection work. Work under this contract is located in Ada and Owyhee Counties, Idaho. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about February 16, 2016 and vendors interested in this requirement should register their interest at www.FedConnect.net in order to receive information and updates regarding this requirement. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million.
