- HUD Industry Day Announcement the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development is hosting an Industry Day on Friday, February 26, 2016, from 9:30am to 4:00pm, to encourage discussion among stakeholders regarding the industry best practices related to HUD's Performance Based Contract Administration (PBCA) program in support of the Section 9 Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) program within the Office of Multifamily Housing. This event will take place at HUD headquarters in Washington DC, with satellite events at HUD's regional office in Atlanta, Chicago, Fort Worth, New York, and San Francisco.
