**PLEASE GO TO RFQ VA243-16-Q-0249, AS THIS REPLACES THIS RFI** This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Small Businesses, including 8(a), Hub Zone and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 311511.The Department of Veteran's Affairs is seeking all business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of functionally equivalent equipment to all the following: To supply Fresh Milk and Milk Products to Lyons VAMC & East Orange VAMC, New Jersey. Delivery will be up to 4x/week of a variety of fresh milk & milk products with a "Used by" Date to VA New Jersey Nutrition and Food Services. Individual sized containers are a necessity. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 311511 (Fluid Milk Manufacturing). Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Shari.Lee@va.gov. Email should contain the following information: Name of firm, Socio-Economic category of the firm (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8A, HUBZONE or SMALL BUSINESS), complete address, phone & fax number of contact. All responses are due by December 13, 2015.
