Description
Copy of Combined Synopsis Douglas County Service Wage Determination SOW Well #7 SOW Well #6 SOW Well #4 SOW Well #3 U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Lahontan NFHC has a compelling need for electrical automatic transfer switch control panel work on well #3, #4, #6, #7. This well is necessary for safe and reliable operation of the facility. The facility normally has four operational wells, and they are rotated with three wells running with one well as a backup. The facility requires the following electrical components be installed at well #3. There is an urgent and compelling need to accomplish this repair. The following is a list of components necessary to operate the well in a safe and efficient manner: 1- Replace Generator Automatic Transfer Switch with a General Electric model ZTG Automatic Transfer Switch ZTG 3 Pole, 4 Wire, Solid Neutral, 300 Amps, Standard automatic transfer switch, rated 480V, 60 Hz, complete with all standard equipment and housed in a NEMA Type 1 enclosure. Programmable Input/Output Module. The facility requires the following Square D, and General Electric electrical components be installed at well #4. There is an urgent and compelling need to accomplish this repair. The following is a list of components necessary to operate the well in a safe and efficient manner: 1- Replace Motor Circuit Protector (Square D) 2- Replace Non-Reversing Magnetic Motor starter (Square D) 3- Replace Enclosure/Flange mounted disconnect (Square D) 4- Replace Externally mounted on/off switch (Square D) 5- Replace hour meter (Square D) 6- Replace knock down transformers (Square D) 7- Replace Generator Automatic Transfer Switch with a General Electric model ZTG Automatic Transfer Switch ZTG 3 Pole, 4 Wire, Solid Neutral, 400 Amps, Standard automatic transfer switch, rated 480V, 60 Hz, complete with all standard equipment and housed in a NEMA Type 1 enclosure. Programmable Input/Output Module. 8- Modify generator by installing electronic governor including actuator/controller kit and mag pickup. Install new control panel, new TPS block heater, and add isolation ball valves to engine block. The facility requires the following Square D, and General Electric electrical components be installed at well #6. There is an urgent and compelling need to accomplish this repair. All work will be inspected by the technical coordinator to ensure electrical system is functioning properly. The work will be performed inside of a permanent structure between the hours of 7a.m and 3p.m. Access to facility will be granted by hatchery personnel. This is a Set Aside for Small Business. The NAICS is 811310. The small business size standard is $7.5. Service Wage Determination for Douglas County.
