- The purpose of this web-posting is to give advance notice of a pending Request for Offers (RFO) for the subject project. This web-posting currently includes the project technical specification and drawings, both available for download via the hyperlinks at the bottom of this web page. It also includes an estimated procurement schedule, including tentative dates for the optional site visit, see the information just below. The FAA point-of-contact (POC) listed above will post additional information to this website within a few days, including complete requirements for submitting an offer.
