- 5 AGAR 104B Form 4 Experience Questionnaire Form 3 Drawings 2 Twin Potts Specifications 1 RFQ AG84N8S160023 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informatiion included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as request for quotations (RFQ) No. AG-84N8-S-16-0023. Quotes are due on or before 1:00 p.m. local time on February 26, 2016. Late quotes will not be considered. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86 dated February 1, 2016. This project consists of the design, fabrication, and transportation (to the site) of a 35 feet long and 24 feet wide bridge and footings for the bridge. The superstructure design shall be performed by the contractor to the geometry shown on the drawings. Design calculations and shop drawings shall be submitted to the Forest Engineer for approval two weeks prior to fabrication. The bridge shall be delivered and unloaded at the Twin Potts Bridge location as directed by the COR (Contracting Officer's Representative). Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 (May 2015) applies to this solicition.
