- SOLICITATION SPM4A816Q0065 FOR 1-GAP BED LATHE DLA Aviation-Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure Gap Bed Lathe with a contract completion required in 90 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101. Complete technical data package, DLAA-VIBB-15-12-1056 including all design, fabrication, supplies, tooling, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for proposal SPM4A816Q0065 is anticipated to issue on or around February 12, 2016 and close on or around February 19, 2016. FOB will be Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Award will be result of Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
