- Statement of Work - Contract No. EP-W-11-003 EP-W-11-003 - Natural Resources Protection MOD 0080: The purpose of this modification is to obligate incremental funding to Option Period IV of the contract; change the contract-level COR; and approve contractor's request to subcontract with Dr. Marc Weisskopf. MOD 0079: The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Exercise two (2) optional quantity in accordance with contract clause H.8; 2. Increase the OP IV level of effort (LOE) ceiling by 8,000 hours, for a total ceiling of 46,000 hours; 3. Increase the OP IV other direct cost (ODC) ceiling by $56,960.00 for a total ceiling of $327,520.00; 4. Increase the OP IV total cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) ceiling by $918,514.00 for a total ceiling of $5,287,926.00; and 5. Add incremental funding in the amount of $364,600.00 to OP IV.
