- Sources Sought / Market Research Questionnaire for RAPIDGate Information System This requirement is for a total of 16 RAPID-RCx Information Systems software subscriptions. JBLM requires 15 subscriptions at various locations throughout the installation; and Yakima Training Center (YTC) requires one RAPID-RCx software subscription. The contractor shall provide maintenance and support for the RAPIDGate Information Systems software subscription at each of the access control points with RAPID-RCx. System and program costs are to be inclusive of all software implementation, initial updates, and replacement support.
