- Equipment List 16. The National Institutes of Health / National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH/NIAID) in support of the Division of Intramural Research (DIR) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition a contract for standard preventive maintenance for the Konica Processor and Kodak Developer equipment (see attached list for model parts and serial numbers) with SourceOne Healthcare Technologies, Inc. (SourceOne), 8020 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060. This is a Full Maintenance contract for base year with four (4) option years. All responsible sources who are authorized and certified may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performance repairing/servicing this equipment. The vendor shall provide certification from original equipment manufacturer that they are authorized to perform these services and have access to OEM parts and supplies. All responsible source may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition. All responses shall be submitted via email no later than 4:00 p.m. (ET) February 22, 2016, to email: jewalker@niaid.nih.gov and the subject line must include and start with the solicitation number (NIAID-NOI-1773294).
