- Request for Information THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking sources interested and capable of modifying the VACIS XML scanner, manufactured by Leidos, Incorporated for the Non-Intrusive Inspection program (NII). The anticipated modifications are outlined in the attached RFI. Vendors are requested to return their responses by February 24, 2016 at 4:30pm ET.
