Description

The US Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Connecticut Healthcare System has a requirement for FDA, NRC complaint Radiopharmaceuticals and related products, with the intention to enter into a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. All offerors shall be required to adhere the attached Scope of Work. The FSC code for this contract is 6505 and the North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 325412 there is no SBA Class waiver to the non-Manufacturing Rule (NMR) Interested parties who can provide the products listed in the SOW and who can fulfill the requirement should advise the Contracting officer by furnishing detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the products. Vendors responding to this Sources Sought notice shall please state the source of their Derived medical isotopes as to whether they are derived exclusively from non-HEU, or HEU or mixed HEU, non-HEU. This is a source sought notice; any firm that has the capacity to meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by February 17, 2016. Information should be sent to Sean Powers Contracting Officer at sean.powers2@va.gov. If no responses are received by the response date and time, The Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended agreement. All questions concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to sean.powers2@va.gov. Service Disabled and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB and VOSB) contracting with VA are to be registered and certified in VetBiz if seeking consideration under PL 109-461 (www.vetbiz.gov - Vendor Information Pages - VIP). All contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (www.samgov).
