The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 25 each up to 85 each maximum of a CONTAINER, AUXILIARY, NSN: 1560-01-535-1378, Part Number: HM029-027-11 applicable to the BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 15 each, 203 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 25 each, 2nd Year, 15 each, 3rd Year, 15 each, 4TH Year 15 each, 5th Year, 15 each. This item is restricted to ROBERTSON FUELS SYSTEMS, L.L.C., CAGE CODE: 1T765. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
