- Contracting Office Address Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions and Systems Section, 320 First Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20534 Description PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions and Systems Section, Washington, D.C. is seeking proposals from qualified and responsible sources having the ability to provide a standardized adult basic education program for two institutions in English and/or Spanish with options for additional institutions. The K through Grade 5 curriculum must include digital and printed materials created for adult students and must be aligned with common core or equivalent standards.English speaking line items: English Speaking Line Items: Adult Basic Education Program; K-5th Grade, English speaking; includes digital, printed and non-printed media, training and support for 2 institutions, estimated 500 students. Date of award through 12 months 1 each Option Period 1 Month 13 through month 24; Technical support for English speaking curriculum 1 each Option Period 2: Month 25 through month 36, Technical Support for English speaking curriculum 1 each Option for additional printed and non-printed media. English Speaking, complete K-5th grade set. The close date will be approximately 30 days after the issuance of the request for proposal. All information regarding this solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the proposal will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
