- This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.2 and 36.213-2 This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside for Women Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $36.5M. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. The 502s Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) is contemplating the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP), the objective of this project is to renovate JBSA Golf Snack Bar; Project Number TYMX145001A, JBSA-Randolph and to accomplish the renovation of the JBSA Golf Course Snack Bar. General Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material and supervision required to install store front door at entrance to dining room, balance HVAC systems, upgrade electrical requirements, stop roof and landscape water migration into building 1300, Randolph AFB, TX. Note: The above description of work is for the purpose of general information only and is not intended to include and describe every feature or item of work or to define the scope of work. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Any subsequent RFP will be made available electronically via the FedBizOpps (FBO) website (https://www.fbo.gov) on or about 29 Feb 2016. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FBO website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. This notice does not commit the Government to award a contract. No collect calls or facsimile transmissions will be accepted. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement.
