Sol # DTMA91Q1600007 Form & Solicitation Provisions Adidas Brand Name Justification Overview The Maritime Administration (MARAD) seeks a contractor to replenish Football Team Apparel and Equipment for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) Department of Athletics Kings Point, NY. -The Style/Item #'s listed on the Solicitation Form 1449 are from the Adidas 2016 Fall Team Catalog -Item No. 0001-0028 are ADIDAS Brand Specific -Item No. 0029-0033 are NOT Adidas brand specific - The government reserves the right to not award to any vendor not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award -Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award Evaluation Criteria The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation deemed the lowest price technically acceptable.
