PRE-AWARD PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT - COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - REQUEST FOR QUOTE Purpose of Announcement: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Group (AMEG), located in Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement for the following: Open Market Item Manufacturer: AVIONICA Part Number: 650-0500-00 Quantity: 16 Part Description: avWIFI, Wireless Router 802.11 alb/gin, No SSD To respond to this RFQ, offerors must submit an electronic copy of signed and completed SF-18 Request for Quotation Form and a Business Declaration form to monica.price@faa.gov. This opportunity is set-aside for small business concerns. All questions pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer, Monica Price, at e-mail address monica.price@faa.gov. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Dpartment of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts.
