- Solicitation Number:ACCROCKISLANDINDUSTRYDAY1 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis of Announcement: The purpose of Industry Engagement Day is to provide a forum for ACC-Rock Island staff to disseminate information, exchange feedback and build rapport with industry. Attendees will receive a presentation on relevant topics, and then have the opportunity to engage with Key ACC-Rock Island personnel (Division Chiefs, key leadership, etc.) in an hour of Q&A discussion. The day is free and open to all industry regardless of NAICS classification. Key ACC-Rock Island leadership and personnel will be present. Procurement/Source Selection sensitive information will not be discussed during this event. Attendees much be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1 Industry Engagement Day will be held at Heritage Hall, Building 60, 1st floor, 3055 Rodman Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois 61299-8000. Attendees will be required to RSVP. In addition, participants should submit any questions at the time of their registration. Our intent is to answer the submitted questions during the Q&A session. Additional Information: Note: All Industry Day participants are to enter the Arsenal using the Moline Gate entrance. Please tell the guard at the gate that you are attending ACC-RI's Industry Day. We suggest all participants print out a copy of the announcement. Note: Please be aware that the Rock Island Arsenal Police perform random security checks of all vehicles entering Arsenal Island. Please allow adequate arrival time on 03 March 2016. The Rock Island Arsenal is a federal facility and all federal laws apply. Personnel entering the Arsenal are required to show either a valid driver's license or state identification card prior to admittance to the Arsenal.
