- DD 1449, SOLICITATION The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, Bellevue, NE, requests quotes for the procurement of a Water Boiler, along with removal of the old unit and replacement/installation of new unit. This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement. For complete product and service requirements, to include BRAND NAME OR EQUAL specification, see solicitation. A site visit is planned for 18 February 2016 at 1:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. Prospective contractors are highly encouraged and expected to attend. Prospective contractors must RSVP to POC, SSgt Kade Forrester, no later than 18 February 2016 at 9:00 A.M. Central Standard Time for admission to the site visit. The RSVP must include the name of the individual(s) attending the site visit, the name of the contracting organization represented, and whether sponsorship onto base is required.
