N00164-16-R-1002 - PROCUREMENT OF INDUSTRIAL COMPRESSED GASES, GAS HANDLING, DELIVERY, ASSOCIATED HARDWARE, ACCESSORIES, RELATED SUPPLIES AND DATA. FSC 6830 - NAICS 325120 Anticipated Issue Date: 21 APR 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date: 23 MAY 2016 - 4:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with 1 option year, for the ordering of industrial compressed gases delivered as cylinder and/or bulk, associated gas handling and delivery, associated hardware, accessories, related supplies, and data to support the operations of NSWC Crane, Glendora Lake Facility, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane, and other Government agencies located on the Crane Naval Base. There are currently 1611 contractor owned cylinders on center at approximately 100 different locations, along with 47 Government owned bulk tanks and 1 contractor owned bulk tank. The contract minimum / maximum values will be specified on the contract solicitation. This action will be a 100% small business set-aside. The Government intends to use the Procedures at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. The award decision will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be specified on the solicitation. Delivery requirements will be 3 work days after order placement or in case of an emergency, 24 hours after order placement. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination. The solicitation and attachments will be available on or about 21 April 2016 at FBO which may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to http://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor http://www.fbo.gov for any amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. "No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed". Interested sources must download from the www site listed. Responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane.
