- Air Force Test Center, Installation Contracting, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for 2 each Spinal Cord Stimulator Kits to Medtronic, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN 55432, Cage: 8V579, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 CLIN 0001: Spinal Cord Stimulator Kit ( Qty 2 EA) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339113, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received by 16 February 2016 by 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received by 16 February 2016 by 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time will be considered by the government. Responses shall be submitted electronically to john.sarver.2@us.af.mil concerning this acquisition.
