(ABOA): 4,536 for warehouse space; 1,638 for outside storage space Space Type: Warehouse, Outdoor Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 2 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: -Minimum of two (2) 12x12 overhead doors required for the warehouse space. -Outdoor storage space must be fenced in or have the ability to be fenced in. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
