Description

Office of Head Start Customer Service Support The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is to obtain professional, administrative, and technical support for the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start (OHS). This solicitation is being issued in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, as a 100% set aside for small business concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. The government contemplates awarding a time-and-material contract resulting from this solicitation for the services defined in the attachment. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. It is offerors' responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of any amendments to this solicitation.
