- DRAFT Solicitation LCLSC16R0016 The Collections Access, Loan and Management Division (CALM) of the Library of Congress is seeking contractor assistance with the inspection and review of data contained within the Library of Congress Integrated Library System (LC ILS) or other databases. This includes inspecting and reviewing collections storage locations and ensuring basic data control of items selected for transfer to off-site storage, including but not limited to verifying the integrity of bibliographic, holdings, item and location data and preparing items selected for transfer off-site. In addition, the inspection and review of the correction of errors and some form of preservation treatment may be required. This work may require that the Contractor be assigned to locations within the three Library buildings on Capitol Hill as well as the Library's off-site facilities within the Washington metropolitan area.
