Description

Solicitation W91YTZ-16-T-0063 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (Provisional), Army Health Contracting Activity (Provisional), US Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards for surgical supplies to be deliver at Fort Knox, Kentucky 40121. This is a brand name or equal requirement. See 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation of commercial items and 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. See attached solicitation for details.
