Description

RFQ Solicitation N00421-16-T-0126 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with RRTSI for various Antenna parts, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). These are direct replacements for existing equipment. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. All responding vendors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, 18-FEB-2016. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.
