- Sources Sought The government requires repair of an instrument manufactured by Rigaku called NEX CG, a Cartesian geometry energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The Contractor shall be licensed and approved by the manufacturer. The Contractor shall install one (1) upgrade/adapter kit for a new power supply and one (1) new x-ray generating tube.
