- Request for Information (RFI) No. 306-16-000016 - Capacity building activity to improve governance and accountability in the education sector in Afghanistan. USAID/AFGHANISTAN is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain responses from members of the development community, and other interested parties. USAID intends to use the information provided for planning purposes and to help make strategic decisions regarding a potential capacity building activity to improve governance and accountability in the education sector in Afghanistan. Responding to this RFI will not give any advantage to any firm or organization in any subsequent procurement and will not lead to an organizational conflict of interest.
